The packages we actually sell
3 services, 9 packages, starting at $30. Each one has a defined deliverable, a delivery time and a revision count — the same numbers that go into your quote, because this page is built from them.
9 packages you can buy today
Pick the package that matches your scope and the delivery clock starts the day it is agreed. If your project is bigger than the largest package, skip to the custom section further down.
Prices shown in USD, converted from the listed INR pricing at ₹83.44 = $1. You will be invoiced in your own currency.

Work that gets quoted, not listed
Some builds do not fit a package, and putting a number on them here would be a guess. These are scoped in writing first, then priced against that scope.
Larger builds
Multi-month products, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms and learning systems. Scoped in writing first, then quoted as fixed-price milestones.
Quoted after a scoping call
Describe the projectAgentic and autonomous systems
Agents that carry out real operational work, with tool scoping, approval gates and run tracing. Priced against the process being replaced, not a page count.
Quoted after a scoping call
Describe the projectOngoing maintenance
Monitoring, dependency and security updates, fixes and a monthly block of improvement hours, once something we built is live.
Monthly, agreed after launch
Describe the projectScope, payment and changes
Four things worth knowing before you order, whether you go through the marketplace or contract directly.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Every package above is a defined deliverable at a defined price. You approve the scope before work starts, and the number does not move unless the scope does.
Starting small
Smaller, well-defined work runs as a single fixed-price package, invoiced on delivery. Most first-time clients start here before committing to a larger build.
Larger engagements
Bigger builds run as a direct contract with milestone invoicing — a deposit to start, then a payment per approved milestone. Same engineering, same process.
Change requests
Scope changes are normal. Anything outside the agreed package is quoted separately, cost and delivery impact in writing, and only built once you approve it.
What we do not do
Turning down the wrong project is cheaper for everyone than discovering the mismatch in week three. Here is where we are the wrong call.
Theme and page-builder edits
Recolouring a WordPress, Wix or Shopify theme is real work, just not ours. We write applications; someone who lives in that platform will be faster and cheaper at it.
Brand identity from scratch
We design interfaces, and we build 3D and motion work on top of an existing identity. Logos, brand books and naming belong with a brand studio, and we are happy to work alongside one.
Game engines and AR
We build cross-platform mobile apps in React Native and WebGL scenes with three.js. Unity, Unreal, AR and anything built around low-level sensor work belongs with a specialist studio.
Paid-ads management
We ship the landing pages, the analytics and the conversion tracking. Running ad accounts month to month is a different discipline and we are not it.
Rescue jobs with no access
We can take over an existing codebase, but not without the repository, the cloud accounts and some way to reconstruct the previous developer's decisions.
Fixed price on undefined scope
If nobody can say what done looks like, a fixed number is a guess dressed up as a commitment. We propose a paid scoping phase instead, then quote against its output.
If your project lands in one of these, say so on the call anyway. We keep a short list of people we trust for the work we do not take, and we will point you at them.
Questions we get asked
If yours is not here, email info@northstackhub.com and we will answer it directly.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. We will ask what you are building, what has to be true for it to succeed, and what your budget range is. Within 24 hours you get a written scope summary — free, no obligation, yours to take elsewhere.
Most start small — a fixed-price package with a defined deliverable, so you can see how we work before committing to a build. Larger engagements run as a direct contract with milestone invoicing. The engineering is identical either way.
Fixed price against a fixed scope for defined projects, monthly retainer for ongoing work, and a day rate only for open-ended discovery or audits. You always approve a number before work starts.
It usually does. We quote the change as a separate line item — cost and schedule impact — and you approve it before we build it. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not signed off.
You do. We work in your repository and your cloud accounts wherever possible, and everything transfers to you at the end regardless. There is no proprietary framework holding your project hostage.
Every project includes a 30-day warranty covering defects in what we shipped. After that you can take a maintenance retainer, or take the documentation and run it yourself — both are normal and we support both.
We are remote-first and work GMT+5:30, with a daily overlap window for US and European clients. Written updates land every day regardless of overlap, and urgent production issues are covered outside those hours on Priority support.
Yes. We work as an embedded squad inside your Slack and your sprint process, or as a self-contained team reporting to one stakeholder — whichever fits how you already operate.

Bigger than the biggest package?
Send the scope, or the rough shape of one. You get a written summary, a fixed-price proposal against it, and an honest read on whether we are the right team.
