Contract work, with a recruiter who asks before acting
We place contractors in software, data and AI, cloud, QA, security, enterprise platforms, delivery and design roles with companies in the US and India — and employ and pay you for the length of the assignment. Registering is free, and nothing goes to a company without your consent.
Most contractors have a story about a recruiter who sent their CV somewhere unasked, or an invoice that was paid late. These are the commitments we make so that does not happen here.
Nothing sent without your yes
We tell you the company and the role before your profile goes anywhere, and submit you only after you agree. Every time.
Screened by people who do the work
Your technical screen is a working conversation with someone in your field, not a keyword check — and you get feedback afterwards whatever the result.
Paid on a fixed calendar
Your pay calendar, rate and payment method are written into your contract before day one. You submit timesheets; we run the payroll.
One named contact
One person for anything employment-related, with a check-in in your first week and monthly after that.
Early notice on extensions
Extensions and end dates are raised with you well before the last week. If a contract is ending, we start on your next role while you are still on this one.
No cost to you
Contractors never pay us anything. Our fee comes from the hiring company and never comes out of your agreed rate.
How it works
From registering to your first pay run
Six steps, the same for every role. You always know which one you are on and what comes next.
015 minutes
Register or apply
Apply for an open role, or register your profile so we can match you when the right one comes in. A link to your CV or LinkedIn is enough to start.

Intro call
A conversation about what you want next: the work, the rate, remote or onsite, contract length and when you are free. We tell you honestly whether we are likely to have something that fits.

Technical screen
Run by someone who works in your field. It is a working conversation about real problems, not a quiz, and you get feedback afterwards whatever the result.

Submission
We never send your profile to a company without telling you who it is and getting your yes first. You will not find out from a hiring manager that you were submitted somewhere.

Interview & offer
We prepare you for the interview with what we know about the team and the role, chase feedback so you are not left waiting, and confirm the rate, term and start date in writing.

Specialisms
The desks we recruit for
Each desk has someone who can run the technical screen for it, which is why the list is short.
Join a product squad rebuilding the merchant onboarding flow. The team owns a Next.js frontend and a set of Node.js services, and needs a senior engineer who can take a feature from ticket to production without hand-holding.
Migrate a set of legacy SQL Server pipelines onto Databricks and own their reliability afterwards. The client intends to convert this role to a permanent position at the end of the contract.
Build a retrieval-augmented support assistant over product documentation, with an evaluation harness that proves it is getting better rather than just different.
No. Contractors never pay us anything. Our fee comes from the company, and it never comes out of your agreed rate.
Never. We tell you the company and the role, and submit you only after you say yes. Every time.
On a fixed pay calendar agreed before your start date, for the hours approved on your timesheet. The calendar, the rate and the payment method are all in your written contract.
It depends on the role, the client and the country. Some engagements are employment-only; others allow a contract with your own company. We tell you which applies before you are submitted, never after.
We raise extensions or the end date with you well before the last week. If the contract is ending, we start looking for your next role while you are still on the current one.
Yes. Most roles are filled from people already registered with us before they are ever posted. Tell us what you want next and we will contact you when it comes in.
